Born in in 1961,Moritz Kung is a Barcelona-based independent curator, critic, and editor working at the intersection of visual art, architecture, and artists’ book publishing.

He graduated in 1988 from the Rietveld Academie in Architecture Design. Among others he curated shows at the São Paulo (2002, art), Venice (2008, architecture), Brno (2014, graphic design) and Kortrijk (2016, design) biennales. He published two catalogue raisonné, The Book(s)on Peter Downsbrough (2011) and Books & Posters on Heimo Zobernig (2016).

Recent artists’ books incudes Studio–Work by Ignasi Aballí (2018), Esquinas. Paredes. Suelos by Sandra Gamarra (2018), Farben. Alphabet by Heimo Zobernig (2018), and the Cahiers series for Addenda architects and Bauhaus Museum Dessau (2017-2019).
